Where does this song come from? I couldn't find lyrics for it, and it wasn't listed on iTunes or AllMusic. Is it a live-only thing?

@ThatsALottaMilka This is the same song as Mr Mardi Gras, different lyrics, Party Going On has not been released except on Allen Toussaint fan club tape and the Jazz Fest Live recordings. Mr Mardi Gras record was reissued on 504 Records in CD format.
