@DrJohnPollard Hi John. You can easily create this design (or similar) in any van but you would have to work out all the new measurements. All the measurements for building this in a T4 are provided on the DVD.

@fvm1811 Hi, it really depends what and how much luggage you take with you when you go away. Personally I pack all my items into the van cupboards & storage areas rather than taking bags but you can of course stash luggage in to the top bunk, under the single bed or use the surf board straps by packing your items into a longer bag & fixing it up out of the way. Others use a trailer,a back rack & box or just take an awning & unpack when you arrive. Packing is an art form in a campervan

LOL. That bit of humor evidently zoomed right over your head without even slowing. Let me explain. Your title mentioned building your own complete camper van. Thus, I asked about building the VAN. Not the interior, but the VAN itself. Since you obviously didn't build the van, it was clearly a joke.

By the way, my solution to the highway is a 24-ft caravan, towed behind my Ford E-150 van. Plenty of room & much better than a hotel.

@stewartx5 Your "joke" was a bit lame to say the least. And if you're the 24 ft. caravan type, then why are you even viewing a class B type van conversion and why are you even commenting? The idea of camping is to enjoy the outdoors. If you need a huge home on wheels, why don't you just stay at home? Many people love the idea of being completely self-contained, not getting 5 mpg dragging a dinosaur on wheels.

Already mentioned my van. Was seeking ideas for interior additions. Your other questions have already been answered as well. Doubt anyone inside a van would enjoy the "outdoors" any more than I do inside my camper trailer, which is equally self-contained. As for fuel usage, I might be more impressed if you walked carrying a tent. Until then, see you at the gas pumps.

@mrmilomannowra Hi there. The footage is not viewable online or downloadable Im afraid as there is so much of it it would take hours to download and you'd loose a lot of quality. The DVD is viewable in all regions (nationwide) and can be played in a computer or through a DVD player. Yes it is like a tardis...its a proper hot shower too!

@CompleteCamper How big are the files on the DVD? Maybe if you were running a 80gb file size over dsl it would take a long time. But its a camper dvd.

@mrmilomannowra It's kind of a no brainer since you can see how little or how much square footage it takes. A shower/bath is easy if you have the floor space. 32" x 32" is plenty and is the standard size for standalone shower units for a home.
