I get that. What I'm not digging is the tone of this song and this video. Sure, you're giving him attention, but you sure aren't giving him any respect or dignity. This isn't some guy playing a prank or pulling a fun stunt. He's obviously suffering. Sure, you can tell me to lighten up and all that crap. But once again, I think this approach is an example of an overall slide into callousness and knee-jerk shitty irony that our society's been descending into for a while now.
