just edit the pedgrp.dat in the data folder in your san andreas folder with notepad, and rewrite the fam1,2,3 names to ryder, smoke, sweet and save it, but don't forget to ccreate a backup file before you edit the file

i deleted the old gangmembers from the game, and added the mission players into the game. finally i replaced the gang info, then it worked
