Hey so did you put in new exhaust your self? If you did did you need to tune anything? Whats the air filter like that called? I wanna turn my bike into this or least something like it

Nice bike. I would like to mount exaust this way.. but i have fear that aereodynamic flux can stick the smoke on my back.
