I think that some people in that area just dont know how to manage it and also there are countries that profit from the poverty in Africa. It is like a double edged sword. About race relations... there are some people who are just more advanced in how to relate to others. People who are not violent at all and cannot understand racial hate. But such people are rare but growing in numbers..slowly yet surely. :)

Native northafricans look very meditarianen like for the most. And the Berbers of Lybia where extremly opressed under Qaddafis extreme pan-arabism. There existence was even denied by the Lybian goverment in hope of eradicating there culture and language.

@adminmovie To be fair this conflict arouse because of Qaddaffi killing his own people and the rebels. Personaly I am quite happy he is gone ( I am half northafrican myself ) and if he is gone there is at least hope for a democratic Lybia.
