  • Nice talk AJ. I'm now 35 and ya, my opinion probably doesnt matter much, but I've been there and I don't look as great as I used to.

You're doing a great job and your arms are much bigger than mine were at your age. ( I assume)

You've got the right idea and are on the right track. Keep it up.

  • lol i wasnt eating good for like 5 months, now with the correct work out and eating habits i can see x10 results from 13 inch flexed arm i went to 15 in like a month Whey Protein,Egg whites, strict diet, work out 4 days a week,sleep-rest.Guys eat healthy with lots of protein 1-1.5 per body weight. If you do that you might not even need cardio anymore...Srsly it is up to you to make it easy,it isnt that complicated.!!

  • @ArisHDi "might not even need to cardio anymore"?? Seriously?? I dare You not to do cardio for a month, You're heart will be fucked....

  • @Spazza42 i am doing 2 times a week for like 30 minutes.I am talking about people with crazy genetics...And your heart will not be fucked up.

  • No more than 4 exercises?? That's it?

  • Hey AJ, after I take my weight gainer and reach my ideal weight would I still have to keep taking the weight gainer to maintain my size? I want to get big and then get more cut up and leave at that

  • Hey man I'm 14 and go to the gym everyday and have football workouts on M W F... I eat ALOT of food and I'm still hungry prior workout and after, if it is growing. Will I bulk up during growth?( even if I'm built)

  • He knows his stuff! Gud stuff

  • You have a preety white voice man, awesome!

  • you just helped me out a lot I've been working out for three months now and i haven't seen much progress because I did a bunch of different workouts i've gotten stronger but not bigger i'll take your advice thanks alot :)

  • does that mean i have to lower my weights or lift heavier than i do normaly ?

  • and how much protein

  • if i play a sport for like 1-2 hours a day, what should i eat/ how many calories should i eat to still gain muscle mass and not just tone?

  • LOLOLOL clean calories? seriously? no.

  • @coolguy112286 yes, there are calories in everything, including fruits and vegetables....

  • @arj3191 I know. but there is no difference in a calorie from a little debbie compared to a orange.

  • @arj3191 but calories that come from an orange are most likely going to burned off because a little debbie contains less nutrients and more sugar, your body will have extra sugar (energy) to burn so it will store those calories.

  • hey im new to working out and i workout at home im 15 and want to start to gain mass and ive been trying to but i cant seem to gain mass does that mean i need to workout harder and eat better? im doing the best i can with the info i know, if someone thinks they can help me plz do

  • can somebody answer my question...

    6sets/exercise or 6sets/muscle group??

  • @Athrun000 6 Sets per exercise, one muscle group a day.

  • Do you mean 6set per exercise... or 6sets per muscle group...?!

  • dude ur buff as hell!!

  • hey AJ, thanks for uploading these videos! I find them really informative and effective :) i have two questions that i am curious about:

first, does it matter if you eat before or after you workout?

and second, if my goal is to achieve 180 pounds, should i still intake 180grams of protein even on the days i dont workout?

    thanks! love your vids

  • @hullandb You should eat an hour before you workout and right after you workout.

Yes, Because if your muscles don't have enough of what it needs like protein, carbs etc.. then it will start to eat away at your muscles.

  • 6k calories is an exaggeration you want between a 500-750 surplus which if you dont know your basal metabolism id tell you 3500 - 4k on bulking otherwise your going to get fat fast 3500 surplus calories = a pound of fat

  • You are the definition of great genetics for bodybuilding.

  • good tips mate

  • is it bad to eat only protein?

  • @77gerardway well kinda. Protein is mainly used for the torn muscles to recover. However if you are active and do alot of trainings and workouts your body obviously needs the right fuel to proceed in this. This is where stuff such as carbs comes in. now if u dont eat carbs your body will start burning off the fat, and if there is no fat left it will start taking on to your muscles. So mainly eating protein is not a good idea. u also need to keep a healthy diet.

  • AWESOME arms and shoulders, damn dude; perfect bulk <3

  • So if i weigh 240lbs i gotta take in 240 grams of protien?

  • @sdot15 holy shit lol

  • most informative one i've seen

  • This is the most imformative video I think I've watched on youtube, I really liked it I learnt so much about bulking, I thought I was bulking now, i'm 14 so my TDEE is abotu 3000 calories, I eat 3500 calories a day or so in order to get bigger, how much should I eat according to you?

The problem is that high protein foods are expensive and I dont work, could you reccomend some high protein food choices that aren't as pricey? Thank you for the help!

  • @FHS96 Thats where supplementation comes in. The grams in a tub of protein is ALOT. And if you bought the equivalent of that in meat, you would have spent A TON of money.

  • @FHS96 Pick up Samon, or Tuna. Chicken when on sale is very cheap and nutritious! Peanut butter, whole wheat bread as well.

  • @dinamiaesthetics Thanks man, what do I do with tuna exactly? I hate the taste but ill deal with it, right now all ive been doing is eating it right out of the can and its discusting.

  • @FHS96 Jesus, no! Lol. Just sautee the pan with Extra virgin olive oil. Drain the tuna, season really good, but not too much. Add some peppers, or onions to the mix. Fry on low. Also, buy eggs too. My friend eats about 20 a week--yeah crazy. But they're a good cheap source. I use EAS whey protein which cost around 12 bucks. Last me for about two to three weeks before I pick up something else. It's a good basic whey protein isolate. Nothing fancy.

  • hey andrew, this is like force/mass diet??

  • GOOD

  • dude awesome video, very informative thanks

  • Great video AJ, what is ur bulking arms routine?

  • it all depends in how old r u to get the cal. u need !!! =)

  • spotter or die hahaaha aj love u bro :P

  • solid info bro, cheers

  • first!!!111111

  • Awesome video

  • Nice Video bro, Keep it up!

  • hahaha, you don't need 6000 cal a day! you are going to be come a huge mothafucka, and not in muscle but FAT, stay to + 200-300 cal a day, and you will grow big time, trust me!

  • @bullet1rose 200-300 cals a day lol what a joker you are :P trust me

  • @bullet1rose With calories you may hold some fat but not as much as you would think. Clean calories are what are good for you. Calories form junk food are what you want to avoid. With more calories your muscles will constantly be fed and lifting heavy is what breaks down the muscle for growth. But you are right, 200-300 calories to grow without adding any fat is possible. It's a challenge and a truth test of strength but attainable. Thanks for sharing!

  • @arj3191 Yhea, i try to keep it like + 300-500 a day, with just clean food. and i go up in weights at the gym, almost every time :)

  • @arj3191 ''Clean calories'' ... *facepalm*

  • @bullet1rose u must weigh like 100 lbs then guy i can easily take in about 3000 calories a day of clean food pus 200+ grams of protein a day with supplements and i weigh close to 230 with about 13% bf im not tryin to start shit but idk how u can build muscle efficiently taking in so little calories

  • @cecilbdemented i'm 16, produces alot of test, i workout 4 days a week, get alot of rest...for maximal growth,)

acctualy i don't count my cal, i eat when i feel like it, but 6 meals a day, and no more wait for food than 3-4 hours.

Every meal alot of protein not so mutch carbs but i get my daily carbs! I'm only 5' 7" so i don't need 3000 cal :D

I think i get around 200 protein a day, and about 2500 cal!

My english is not good, so don't hate!

  • @bullet1rose lol 2500 cal is alot different than 200-300 my friend but ur whole setup sounds legit if ididnt get in at least 3000 cals id prolly passout

  • good deal! although I'm not in a bulking cycle, what you're saying makes sense...high reps low weight is for trimming. high weight short reps spells bulking.

  • great vid's man.

you act very kind and professional in every video.

  • THAT IS SO FUCKING TRUE!! more weight and less reps will break your muscles way more than high reps and low weight!

i luv your vids man, your really motivating ppl :P
