when your doing dips you should go lower and the pullups should be fully extened before you go up and your body shouldnt be rocking so much you should also try doing inverted pushups by putting your legs up on a chair or bed and then pushing thaT in turn puts more wheight to the upper body making it more difficult
If you're up for a challenge: Why not trying to do 100 push-ups for time (with breaks in between of course). Current youtube female record is at 3:30 - I'm sure you could beat that ;)
Awesome! And "yes" I would love to sit through the whole 60 minutes! I work out 4 times a week so I'm quite fit but you are in another league. Brilliant.

nice workout, but slow down your dips. I think theyre too fast. They are way harder to do, if you do them slowly.
