This is Real Bug. . But it only works in SINGLE PLAYER . . This bug is present in nearly all bomb sites of many maps. eg, inferno old, nuke old, de_dust, de_dust2.

I have tried, it works only when a fresh map is made and there is no one in CT side. Otherwise it doesn't work. (hence it isn't harmful in tourneys)

It only works if there's no gamers on Counter-side. Ergo, the bug is useless since you can only use it when you're alone. In addition, as far as I know, the bug works on all maps, and you do not have to stand in a specifik spot, you can stand on the edge of a box or something and you'll still get the money. Moreover, the more you are on Terrorist-side, the more cash you'll be granted. The bug doesn't work, don't bother.
