  • I have a question would do this programma but I would do each phase for a month phase 1 , 2 , 3 , than I would start over, and at the end of the summer I would do the upperbody specialization workouts until september 2011 so I will look good for my bday.

    is this a good plan ?

    

  • Why would you want to train without eating. Its pointless.

    Without giving too much away, it's split into 3 phases and 1 bonus phase.

    Each one goes for 2 months a phase (besides the bonus one which is 2-3 weeks long).

    The beauty of it is that the variation from phase to phase shifts focus from muscle size, then to strength. You'll never feel bored on the program thats for sure :)

  • @souldust119 Cheers! It's been quite effective (onto the 'bonus phase' right now). Quite a hardcore program however (pretty advanced).
