no, he is not bisexual.
look at watt Zach is saying at 3:52. that Noahs gay-dar does not work.
and also in part 3, look at watt Zoe says at 0:22, that Zach knew how to play-toy Noah, and Zach answered, that he was just pretending, imagining Zoe in the place of Noah(when he kissed him).
in the end the two Z actually want to have sex in front of Noah, we will see in the next episode if they really do.
both where just playing a farce, neither Zoe was in to Luke, nor Zach in to Noah.
