well it took me probably a couple hours to get the concept of how to do it and a couple days of practice to get it down. you need to really work on the b-kick before doing this. as soon as you get that down it will be a whole lot easier to do the twist
well try to get your kick as high as the top part of your body. WHen you do this learn to dip your body into the kick same for the twist it will give you better height. If you can post a vid of your twist i can tell you how to improve.

how good does my bkick have to be i ve actually tried the btwist but i dont wanna land on both of my feet it makes it rly sloppy
