That's one of the weirdest glitches this game has to offer!

If you enter and leave the mall a couple of times you'll also notice that more and more BMX's appear on the roof at the very place the BMX is located inside the mall!

By the way, this theme song seriously makes even such a bright and colorful place as Vice City feel uncomfortable and scary...

I know the explaination: They say every time you enter and exit the mall, anything that can move, like the people in the mall and the BMX, gets spawned on top of the mall. Next time you enter then exit the mall, search the roof. I remembered i have seen people walking on the roof of the mall before, and a BMX.

Hhaahah! Its a glitch! I was wanted once and when i got out there was like a hundred cops falling down from the roof.

probably people spawn on the roof and when you shot you gun, they got scared and jumped. < just a theory

i found a strange glitch, it was on a new game so the second island was unlocked. i was shoting cops out side a empire builden & i needed to do the heath cheat so i went to go in the builden to do the cheat but i died just as i hit the marker and when i reaperd i was on the golf course on the secong island.

its because you shot the gun and the dumb AI makes them run off to get away from the shot.

Cool vid, heres one for you, go to the Ducum Inn, Gonzales' place and go to swimming pool behind it, when you go in it, you cant see the part of your body thats in the pool, try it with a car too, its like the Lake in San Andreas, Back O' Beyond
