if you havent seen the actual series....why r u watching the abridged? Half the jokes are even funny if you know what really happened. Either way, Gantz is not "dull". Its a very complicated and sometimes heart wrenching story line! Have you atleast read the manga?

Agreed, the manga can really shock with with its' twists, like in the manga how Gantz sends Kurono on a mission on his own in pure spite just for aiming a gun at him.

Gantz sort of feels like the weakest of the three abridged series so far. Hulk guy and temple eps I think were the best where Kei thinks he is Kamina.

I like Nishi and Izumi, they are misanthropes and unlike the others they have this honesty with themselves that makes them likeable.

Shame the manga's plot seems convoluted, like how people fall in love in 20 secs.
