  • Oh hey! Have you tried intellectus 424 diet (just google it)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my friend lost a lot of weight with it.

  • Do this every day?

  • @beglington123 sos ur mum

  • love the way u make it so easy to understand :)

  • This guy is great and not like other 'upp themselves type of guy' who love them, when talking muscle building/exercise

    Genuinely helpful and informative

  • Hi Bob Matthews telling you to smoke cigarettes.

  • Very easy to understand, he's a great guy and i'm going to check his other videos out. P.S i suggest you do too.

  • For a ripped, buff guy, you breathe heavily a lot

  • i like him. he a straightforward-no-nonsense guy. good job, my friend! keep it up!

  • I am like about 29% of body fit ithink , If do this four four weeks every day 20 per side 3 rounds well i lose weight and get a six packs whiile eating 2000 calories a day sometimes less?? some answers please n thanks.

  • @BluezCOO no

  • The voice annoys the fck out of me! Haha

  • how do i work out my body fat percentage?

  • @GREEBO14 There's a way to calculate it roughly, you'll have to google "calculate fat percentage".

  • @HAMayoral Thansk, but i've recieved two different results 4% and 7%

  • @GREEBO14 Wow... So I imagine you're friggin' ripped (or skinny as heck)

  • Diet and exercise , one more time, like this truth teller, gotta get body fat WAY down to get the abs...sad but true!

  • I've never had abs but this workout he shows works...it was hard at first but what gr8 results how come i never heard of this guy he should be on TV

  • hey do u recomend any healthy diet??

  • thanks this is realy working for me

  • It's funny because my fat friend does thousands of crunches and still doesnt have a sixpack. Its been that way for over 5 years. I'm not trying to brag, just proving a point. I rarely workout my abs, but then again i'm a runner/cyclist, i eat healthy and i have a great six pack. Again, not bragging, just wanna let people know that to have sexy abs, they gotta drop their fat percentage.

  • Hey, I work out 4 days a week and I work out hard. My goal is to get real big, but I'm not seeing really good gains. I'm 16, so does that have anything to do with my muscles not growing that well? I've got a pretty big body, but it seems like I'm kinda plateuing, yet I shock my muscles. Any suggestions? Btw, my metabolism is super high so it's very difficult for me to gain weight.

  • im 12-13% body fat , i want to drop to 7%

i eat less (watch my diet in a serious way) and workout 6x a week , 3x cardio and abs, and the rest is all weight lifting. the scale and and the body fat device still shows the same weight and percentage!

  • compound free weight excercises like squats deadlifts rows etc build the abs like no crunch ever can. Athletes who do heavy compound free weight movements have that FULL detailed muscular midsection that is different from the average "skinny" six pack. As your body grows from compound movements your abs will have no choice but to catch up because they are responsible for supporting your body on heavy lifts. The deadlift will develop your abs like crazy for example. Crunches are ok in moderation.

  • this guy calls em as he sees em....

  • i tried it. a good one. not the best. but a good one.

  • what should i do if i dont feel the burn when i do 20 reps for the bicycle crunches? more sets?

  • keep going there is no limit fgor abs, you do it till exaustion so dont worry go for 40 maby more good luck

  • ive just lost 4 stone of fat through sheer bloody hard work sweat and persistence, i had really let myself go but have bounced back and can now feell confident again , i am back to a 34 inch waist and need to loose about another half a stone or 8lbs of fat which is diet diet diet diet. educate yourself about food execise read everthing ask questions about it to the gym people . good luck

  • @scruffjones whats a stone of fat?

  • @gadsdg123 a stone of fat is 14lbs of weight.. or a small baby.. lol

  • @scruffjones well im still going to the gym and love it ( but onoly when you are fitter can you appreciate it more) i have educated myself about fresh healthy foods ( no supermarket crap ready meals etc.)

  • @scruffjones how long did it take you to lose 4 stone?

  • @omgwatthehell its taken me 7 months.... 4 days a week / 2 hours a day to loose it..

  • I have seen someother guys explaining health stuff on youtube who really irritate me I like this guy he is honest and keeps everthing simple. I will be coming back to watch more vids here..

  • IN SOME VERY RARE CASES your body won't gain muscle no matter what. Some kid on my football team had prescribed steroids in pretty small amounts to help him gain muscle. but for the most part.. just do weights. Youtube has some really good stuff actually. Hit the gym, workout at home, and school. It's all good :)

  • listen buddy, the ten minute trainer's ab workouts are insane.

  • ha ha ha listen to his voice....it's from steroids

  • Or, he have some cats in his mouth

  • word

  • ... you can work your lower abs to.. you just need the right work out.

  • how do you find out what your body fat is?

  • Most people are 15 when they want to get built because thats when guys hits there true maturaty and they want to look good for women which is ironic. The average person won't get the " 6 pack abs" because they do not have the commitment which is something I think he should include in his videos to help his people to stay commited.

  • ive notice most people around here who are asking how to be buff are 15 and so on including me im 15. life starts at 15.

  • 15 yo is a good age to start building muscle

  • not at all.. most teens are in their prime growth stage when they are 15.. 17 is a good age to start building muscle.. at the earliest.

  • ive started lifting weights properly at 14 and ive stoped growing and im not building muscle whats rong??

  • are you doing cardio?

  • no but i play a lot of hockey and cycle 30 miles at the weekend

  • aha yea biking is cardio.. is burns muscle as well as fat.. hockey too buy ive played 14 years and its always kept me at a good size... biking is probably it.

  • how do you know you stopped growing?

  • i havent been growing since 2nd year

  • do you drink milk evryday

  • yea

  • how long and how often do you workout

  • i work out every other day, untill i cant do another rep then dont do any all weekend

  • just limit your self to 1 hour. im14 and grew half an inch in the last 2weeks

  • wat?

i hear all these success stories and i cant gain one pound of muscle. ders sumfi rong with me

  • dude it takes a long time it doesnt happen overnight. do get enough protein

  • i no but ive been lifting weights since may like really tryin to get on muscle mass and nothing has changed, i have pretien shakes before my workout

  • drink right after a workout so yer muscles can obsorb the protein better.you might not have noticed difference in size but are you any stronger?

  • im nt sure if i am stronger i think i am

  • Have you increased your calorie intake? Its all good drinkin protien after workouts but unless your eating more calories than your burning you wont gain size. Just eat more and make sure its healthy,

  • really it is

  • haha yup im 15 ;D

  • me too lol, it's great.

Muscle growth at this age is great and it's pretty fun if you ask me :) good luck guys.

  • oh come on, if eating less, then you lose weight, i don't wanna lose weight, i just wanna lose the fat from the abdominals

  • when you lose fat, it isn't isolated. You lose fat everywhere.

  • that's what i'm talking about...

loosing weight, i'm loosing much from other parts of the body...

  • eating less is stupid as shitting where you sleep... you just need to cut out but not completely cut out.. fats and sugars.

  • i'm 15 and i have 17% body fat is tht ok or should lower it but i dont want to lose muscle

  • 17% is quite high. Ideal would be about 11% I would say. As this guy says, lower the calories and increase carbs and protein. This way, you allow your diet to work with your training, keeping your muscle up, but decreasing the calories, thus fat in your body. Also, do more things like jogging and stuff

  • ya just like he said, lower the calories and get your body used to use carbohydrates and proteins as fuel instead

  • i do 1000crunches a day, and have a very low body fat percentage, last time i checked it was 8%, i starve myself but its worth it.

  • fail

  • im 15 n got round 15% body fat and can see my abbs slightly. I dont eat any crap i do alot of cardio including swimming and occasionally gym weights. How do i get my body fat to go down more like to 12%. Or is it coz im only 15 and i gota wait till my body develops round about 16??

  • i would say eat less and right that's diet

  • The guy is right - Getting a six pack is ALL about lowering body fat - We all have abdominal muscles and these would show even if you never did a single crunch - BUT to get them to show, you'd have to lower your body fat (less than 10% for a guy)

  • Great!!

  • eat less dats diet!

  • you are talking about diet....what kaind of diet???
