drummer's time is actually the most consistent out of all the band members. the lead guitarist is the one who starts way too slow, and then slowly ramps up the tempo...but the drums are just following him.

also, help your vocalist out by playing with less distortion, because i'm betting he cant hear the chords coming from your rhythm guitarist with any clarity. this makes it exponentially harder for him to sing in key.
