and yes there are softwares that can be used to change your voice and talk with fake voice...there are many softwares...just go to google and type "voice changing softwares" and you can find lots of links and downloads...but im pretty sure that this guy made this video using some kinda voice changing tool...even this guy using FL studio to compose and edit musics...this guy is a bit clever in editing and creating shot videos and musics...
