This song is clearly about the movie Dancer in the Dark featuring Bjork. You've seen it all, I've seen it all is one of the songs in the movie. And Bjorks character is going blind. Run to your boy, Bjork's character has a son whom she makes great sacrifices for throughout the movie. There's no way this is not about the movie. I like it for that reason. If you haven't seen Dancer in the Dark someone posted the whole movie on YT, just search it. You'll understand the song much better.
