i take my comment back about that 4banger, nissan never offered the 4 banger in the pathfinder. it was only the v6 and v8

@chile1212 I think they offer the 2.5 liter in the non US model. In the US it's only available in V6 and V8.

Bought a brand new 2005 SE off-Road edition, Still runs great after 86,000. No mechanical problems at all. Too bad they stopped making the off road edition.

The only problem I think is the rear bumper is too soft, a little bump and it will crack. I changed it twice because I got rear ended. It's was just a little tap in a slow traffic. Oh and my passenger window was broken into. lol

@FigureSkater243 than go drive a santa fe...the poor man's murano, or how about the new ''flexplorer''...real SUV's are made on pick-up frames, pathfinder is built on same platform as titan. all the other crossovers are made on car platforms example: crv=civic, santa fe= sonata, flexplorer=taurus. and ford escape is a disguised escort. so go buy a less boxy suv that will only be good to get you to your local ice rink
