No one talks about metamorphosis as their favorites. I think its a great episode because it has one of the most romantic endings in TV history.

I thought Season 1 of Smallville was enjoyable, but it did have some flaws (mostly the Kryptonite Freak of the Week plotline). The best bits were Clark learning to use his abilities and the interaction between him and Lex.

I did vote for craving as worst, but in truth I just remember being creeped out.

The best thing about season one is how much it focused on Clark. The more seasons we got, the less they focused on Clark. At one point it felt like he was secondary character.

Best is a tie between the Pilot and Rogue, worst is Craving, Drone and most of the other one-shot meteor freak episodes.
