wow this was obviously before the rudeneess of isiah washington happened bc it looked as though T.R knight was happy and was also standing behind him and laughing and in a good moood also if they were pissed at eachother they wouold have been like opisite sides of the stage . . . . wow it sucks becvause now both of them are not going to be on the show during the fourth season

god.. Shonda is SO good with words!! her speech sounded AMAZING :) and she's so right. It's such a lovely step that there can be a show with such a diverse cast and it is NOT looked upon as like... controversial or a risk or anything. The fact that it can just BE a diverse cast and it's not made into this huge deal is such a big step in our society and culture.
oh, and I lurve Kate and she is gorgeous. But what's new? :P
