  • I gues they might have copied it, but what the heck it was afunny cartoon. But there were some wrap artist that copied the song in he late 80s early 90s.

  • Uh-Oh Devo...copyright and out and way-out stealing !!!

  • @ksjoyjespeace Nope. This was before Devo. Thiscartoon was in the mid-60s. Waybefore Devo was even a thought.

  • @andersport Ha Ha , you've reversed it , I was saying that DEVO Stole FROM "The Way Outs"(in "gest" of course, but maybe...)

  • I really want to sample this for a song

  • fucking awesome..i remember watching the re-runs of this on tv as a kid back in the late 70's and early 80"s and i' loved it then and still love it now !!..i guess maybe it's because i became a professional musician !1

  • if the Way outs were real, that would definitely be a hit single !

  • wayouts were english cretins whose imbecility, illiteracy, and coarse, assinine all around neanderthalism left only rock and roll music for a career choice

  • I remember that episode. Everyone in Bedrock was freaking out running by the WAYOUTS!!! LOL

  • people from way way out..classic

  • Umm...am I the only one who thinks it's creepy how their bodies are completely separated? :L

  • @greenskiis You're not the only one, i've been wondering about this particular fact ever since i first saw it. And they are not always separated - in some instances you can see this strange, thin hose-like structure that runs through the center of the stone plates.

  • @greenskiis No, you're not. This creeped me out 40+ years ago and it still does.

  • these cats are serious contenders for inclusion in the next nuggets box set

  • last x i saw this was 1972,,THANK YOU--CHEERS--

  • okay, now tell that the producers werent buzzed up when they came up with this....and do it with a straight face.. i dare ya

  • That would make a great costume for the Dragoncon

  • Prehistoric Devo!

  • @maynardsmoreland OMG! I was thinking the same thing! I grew up on the Flintstones cartoon in the late 60s/early 70s and later on in the 80s, during my teenage years, when I learned of Devo, I couldn't help but think that they were inspired somehow by the Way Outs. Glad I am not the only one. :)

  • That brings back memories:)

  • They "ROCK!" har har ;)
