Apparently DICE is making Modern Warfare 3, or at least contributing, and they're the ones that made Battlefield: Bad Company 2, as many of you know, so I'm hoping the sniping is like in BFBC2, because the sniping is very realistic, and I love it, but they're working on BFBC3, so I don't know how that's going to work. Also, since it's a different company/producer, I highly doubt they're keeping the same game engine.

And I would argue that the players on Xbox are better because you have to pay for XBL, so you're not going to be flooded with 5-10 year old kids playing for free.
