  • @Baseshocks the G wagon will be perfect for future low level mission it's actually a great peice of machine for what we use it for and we will be with the TAPV project that will be getting APC very similar to that we will be getting 50" hundred with a option of another 100 in the TAPV project

  • F-35 ftw

  • im working up at cold lake on the rigs and its pretty cool working and hearing them buzz over the rig but by the rime you ear them there gone

    fucken eh canada

  • @gav624 yeah yeah I know were running the new LAV 3LORIT there i hear it's great but no matter what it can't stop a RPG unless it has the skirts on those things can melt threw 300 mm of steal

  • @Lacrossekidd4 doesn't really matter when a IED are RPG hits a LAV any one inside is ether gonna get hurt and most likely killed and we have g wagon jeeps there therye poorly armored but the hummve is pretty well armored after some lessons learned there and the Americans have the lav 25 there and the bradly the lav 25 is a Canadian design that the marines bought off us but theres no perfect armored vehicle over there at the end of the day the IED wins

  • @TheCFarmy our lav IIIs in Afghanistan actually have extra armour underneath, that at least lower the chances of death and now mostly soldiers are only injured from the IED

  • @TheCFarmy the RG31 wins :). They should have been bought in numbers instead of the G Wagon.

  • did anyone else notice the beef jerky?

  • Canada is genius, the US decided to use the humvee for troop transport, Canada decided to kick some ass and go with the LAV III as their troop transport. Basically Canada rolls around in wheeled cannons and the US rolsl around in poorly armoured jeeps.

  • Canada's government chose not to send its fighter jets to Afstan because of the all too real danger of civilian collateral deaths from air-dropped bombs, much to the chagrin of war mongers.

  • Hey what are those small bombs at 2:05? Training rounds?

  • difference between a guy with a masters and a dude with a Bachelor means nothing when you apply.... u just need a degree. its not until you get up to the rank of major that you need a masters

  • Don't write all of us out. I came to this country when I was 5 or 6 years old. I'm 19 now. I live and breathe Canada and would die for it.

Which is why I will be applying as a Pilot for our forces. Hopefully I get fighter.

  • @AftComet go for it bro :) i come from the UK lol Kick some ass :P

  • @bleyland629 Thanks man. I'm going to work my ass off.

  • @AftComet you gotta have a degree to be a pilot and dont let that fool you, lots of guys have masters just to beat out the guys applying with degrees.

  • @IIB20VTEC I'm working on that right.

Master's? Doubt it. You'll definitely be older entering with a Master's. People usually work after a Bachelor's to gain experience so they pass their GMATs, etc.

You're about 22 when you finish your Bachelor's, assuming you work about two years, then enter a Master's program, which is another two years, you're about 26 and approaching the cut-off age.

    And when I said I was applying, I didn't say when. I'm 25% completed my Bachelor's.

    Oh and Honda sucks

  • @AftComet lol your not gunna be a pilot bro, they want smart people not you. You dont know what your talking about also. 50 is the max age in the canadian forces broski and you wont complete a degree anyway. Just apply to Safeway, we dont want you.

  • @IIB20VTEC Really? Now who's this "we"? And what does Safeway have to do with anything?

I also highly doubt you're anyone of matter to decide what I can and can't do. I feel perfectly secure with my skills - mental and physical.

I think that instead of putting people down, that you should be encouraging them. After all, some of the people that try to apply for the forces are going to end defending your hide so you have to freedom to that VTEC.

  • @Fromanttodugong whats up up with that comment to superstud666, it makes absouletely no sense and superstud makes a good point, get out of here dickhead ur probably not even canadian.

  • @Fromanttodugong As I pointed out I did "think" of the front line being away from the airbase, think the point I made of "70 miles" which is told directly in the video. I have heard of loiter time, and I appreciate that you pointed out to me the possibility of loiter time, and a admit I didn't think of it. But don't you think it would be a more appropriate response to a non-troll comment of not calling the person an idiot.

    Cheers,

    Drew

  • i swear i saw a couple of leapords heading to whistler for the olympics

  • If the combat zone is only 70 miles away why are there a lot of fuel pods on the plane?

  • not sure but I suspect they are on so the plane can stay on station for a long time.

  • they have fuel pods because they need to stay in the air for long periods of time to pick up friendly calls and shit

  • I started buying beef jerky instead of slushes when I was 8 :)

  • Hoo-fucking-rah! Go Canada!@

  • @CanadaOwnsYou hell yeah

  • sick
