What a waste of money! This department CANNOT run someones tags at an intersection and then pull them over. The only times these dorks are allowed to pull someone over is only if it is related to DART and nothing else. Basically, " glorified security guards" .

Just FYI: This is not a Dallas Police Officer. He is a DART Police Officer. Dallas Area Rapid Transit officer. Which is the Dallas Metro Area's public transportation/light rail system. All the "authority" of a Dallas Officer, but duties differ greatly.
