when training you shouldnt read you should be focused. thats what i see alot in gyms when people are on bikes reading their newspaper's and magazines. Being focused will give you more benefits rather then unfocused.
seriously, how focused can you get while on a bike machine. The whole point of it is to get ur blood moving, which has very little to do with 'focusing'. lol focus to turn your ankle at 51.99 degrees angle every time your knee comes up? bullshit, simple reading is completely fine.
