Don't get on the jetski. Go to the airport and take a plane. When you get over the boat base jump down to it, but don't parachute down. Land in the water and you will take no damage, or if you have reduced falling damage try to land on it. The Snipes 57 can avoid the Heli for the better part of getting there, and it can take at least on rocket.

@hyungwoo0312 or you can land a heli before starting the mission, and fly the heli to the yacht :)
