I have figured out this, if you choose HEART you'll be survived otherwise, if HEAD..you'll be daed. the maker of this film9game) is a LOVER. There're always 2 conflict in speaking of love - HEART(respect and honesty) and HEAD(brain)...in this scene, only should enter the door so one should survive and the other one will not. because the girl chooses the heart... it just means she loves the man who protects her.

I guess there's kinda a metaphor for what you choose besides, if she kills you or kills herself:

Heart: You choose to love her because she loved you, both of you loved eachother equally though there were differences. Therefore she sacrifices herself.

Head: You fell in love with her because of her beauty, the thing she pretended to be. In the end she didn't even care about you at all. That concluedes with her killing you.

@K00rihi Well, the only thing I know is that you're in this small house, looking for the exit. You have to open three doors but behind the second door is this girl who has the key to the third door. She won't give it to you until you bring her something she is looking for. ( In this case the head or the heart.)
