To avoid getting your lines twisted when hooked onto the centre line all you have to do is attach a line to the centre ring, feed it through the bar and connect another ring. Attach your safety leash to the ring and away you go, you can spin your bar and get depower when self landing with out reaching for the centre line.

hate to use the leash in the center lines, every time you spin the lesh get around the lines, bar and chickenloop. Slinghshot must fix this. if i attach the leash below the bar is not 100% depower. Any recomendations?
