@nhuang01 NO, I was using the headphones to monitor the mics so I could hear what my fingertips on the strings sound like. If I don't doo this I tend to play too hard....thank you!

I get bowled over from one strangled vibrato note from B.B King as I do from a slick slur from Joe Pass and a soaring feedback missile from hendrix! Hendrix primarily blues but his favourite artists were Bob Dylan, Bach and Wes Montgomery.....an eclectic mix. Listen to Axis bold as Love, Castles made of Sand...

@dann4169 Sungha is GREAT! For his age! And I dont mean that in any negative way. He will probably grow up and be legendary, but right now he has not matured and has not got the groove and depth of feeling in his playing that Adam has. I really like him, but I am not blown away with him as I am with Adam Rafferty, Tommy Emmanuel and Kieran Murphy. In 8 - 10 years he may be able to measure up to them but now he is just a really talented and skilled little boy - in my opinion:-)

@dann4169 uh Hendrix was good but he was based primarily in blues... I love Hendrix but in all honesty if you look at jazz guitarists like Pass you'll find what they play is far more complex. I think that Rafferty has a jazz approach to his guitar playing he improvises while having that smooth lay back feel to his pieces.

Curts, I'll think about it. I'm more into looking ahead to new material than dwelling on the old...hopefully live vids will creep up. In terms of what most people will hear, the groove is the same. Basically I filled out the bass and melody with more chords to fatten it up. I'll make sure you hear vesrion 2.0 somehow!!! :-)
