dude, when you exhale, its not just c02, its full of other gasses that your body couldn't absorb when you breathe in, and also there is still around 10% oxygen, when you breathe in actual air, there is around 15-20% oxygen

you make these simple puzzles really complicated where it seems like your going fast but in reality if you do it the intended way its much faster

Your body needs a balance of oxygen and cabon dioxide aswell as others. When you hyperventilate you take in too much oxygen and breathing into a bag, like you thought, makes you breath in more carbon dioxide bringing your oxygen levels back to normal.

For the puzzle with the garbage disc and radio when the cube comes shoot a portal where it goes in and right above the button so that you don't have to touch the cube and if done right you will get an achievement
