Michelle obviously had an agenda, and she certainly stuck to it like a bulldog to it. Sadly, she could have gotten the number of "big oil" dollars Blunt has taken from any number of watchdog websites which track such things.
As for coal percentages, California gets one-third (not 5%) of its electricity from coal fired plants in Arizona. So the coal burned in Arizona to generate California power certainly belongs to California.
