the video is slightly shaky but I doubt it is a black mamba - look around second 32 to 33 for a flaired neck that may indicate it being a cobra. Also the fact that it holds on to the prey is unusual for a black mamba. The colour is also very dark compaired to the ususal grey to olive colour
Yeah, definitely a cobra. If you view it at full screen, you can clearly see a broad hood hood. Also, aside from being awfully dark for a mamba, it's too shiny and a bit thick.
Mambas do make a vary narrow "hood", but it wouldn't even be noticable at this reolution.
And for reference, snakes are not vampires. He was trying to swallow the bird, not suck it's blood.
