@ AneglicCo you also have to keep in mid that smalliville was not about superman it was about Clark Kent and the trials he went through to become the man of steel
"Finale" did show us the character fully in the suit, it was just mostly conveyed by CGI, it's the actor whom we only see in the upper half of it for a few shots.
Sorry, it wasn't allowing me to post, at first. Okay, I believe that I heard (from the creators) that Welling wasn't in the suit completely for the finale because it was Routh's suit (tailored to his body), so it didn't fit Welling correctly and looked odd, supposedly. But sure, you guys / some people can believe that it's to focus on Clark instead of Soups. :-p
uhh guys, smallville is more about clark kent than it is about superman. thats why we (fans) didnt see him fully in the superman suit during the finale.
@KabutoRX In the beginning the producers thought they'd last for about 1-3 seasons at max. Also the producers changed during S8...you know the season that gave Clark the Blur identity. Next season he wore a costume, acted like a full blown superhero. The season after that he had a new costume...not to mention we had the JLA and the JSA on the show. Yep, it was all about Clark Kent.
"Clark Kent is just a name. I've always been the Blur" - Clark from Masquerade S10.
@Bloggerboy1000 I get what you're saying and you're right but it was about Clark Kent and the journey to him becoming Superman. Even with the beginning of season 8 and the blur identity and the 2 costumes following he still wasn't techinally Superman yet. Anyway you look at it its just another version of his orgin story and what shaped him to become Superman.
He had a different costume, didn't have all his powers...it's still the same character. Check out the current Action Comics for example. SV crossed the line but they say that the story is just about Clark Kent...well at that point Clark is Superman. Neglecting it is imo bad story telling.
They tried to get the best of both worlds but for me and a lot of other people (check kryptonsite for reference) it just didn't work after 10 years of build up.
@Bloggerboy1000 I understand what you're saying but in the new 52 Action Comics that's set a few years before the Superman book and he adapted the name Superman after Lois gave him that name in the first article. Smallville never outright ever referred or did he ever call himself Superman. That's like saying Peter Parker was spider-man (hero-wise) when he was a wrestler. Until he put on that suit he wasn't Superman.
@KabutoRX So in other words Clark wouldn't need to have any of Superman's qualities to become the character...just wear the suit and he's done?
Peter was a wrestler before he became a superhero. Clark became a superhero in S8 when he was patrolling the streets stopping robberies etc. with an alternate identity. Later he adopted two different costumes and wore the S-shield even though he was supposed to be the Blur...basically Superman at the beginning of his career much like AC.
@Bloggerboy1000 Long story short Smallville is a different take on the mythos behind Clark Kent becoming Superman, but still mainly about him as Clark Kent even if he had a superhero identity later or not, and its not like this happened in season 4 it didn't happen til season 8. You didn't like the ending? A lot of people didn't but it was about him as Clark Kent, just a different version.
Oh and the other heroes he met in the series, like I said he wasn't the first one active
@KabutoRX But they crossed the line where it wasn't about Clark Kent anymore. The show had evolved to something else. S8 is early enough given there were two more seasons I had no problems with S9. It executed the balancing act much better but stakes should have gone higher in 10. Instead it was just about Clois, not even about Clark that much.
The many heroes operating undermine the finale reveal. So what, another superhero amongst dozens. A good reason to become Supes earlier really
@Bloggerboy1000 I think they tried with S10 but it kinda failed considering TV budget and all but it did have some good episodes. The Clois thing? Majority of S10 was but its an important relationship of his especially besides, that was the whole 4 seasons of Lois & Clark and you can't say you didn't watch that.
@KabutoRX Given how Clark and Lois were already dating there really was nothing else for them to do than Clark admit he was the Blur. All the marriage preparation in the middle of a crisis seriously undermined the season's main goal...in the end they didn't even get married!
S10 felt like a Lois Lane show with episodes like Isis, Harvest Ambush and Abandoned, not to mention Prophecy. And ironically she wasn't a top reporter or asskicker anymore like we've seen previously on the show..
@Bloggerboy1000 Did you watch the same season? It wasn't focused on Lois at all and really 3 Lois focused episodes? It was about how they went all "Marvel" with the VRA and trying to get heroes to register with the government, just like S9 was about the Kandorians and Zod. How you see S10 as more of Lois Lane show or anything is beyond me. Oh and that whole wedding prep wasn't until the last few episodes.
@KabutoRX Not saying S9 was flawless but it was a lot better. The romance aspects were better balanced with how the threat was eliminated. Clark could friend the depowered kandorians and be relatively peacefull...not with Darkseid who's MIA and he isn't even looking for him.
He is however asking permission to marry Lois, proposing, throwing an engagement party, bachelor party. All revolving around Lois who is a Blur fangirl and makes him try costumes and is all around annoyingly bossy
@Bloggerboy1000 Just to add: Even episodes that were about the VRA (Patriot, Icarus, Collateral) with interesting set-ups amount to relationship council with Lois somehow getting involved when she shouldn't. It's sad when they've done the same episode before (Justice-Patriot) only better.
The actual threats are also resolved quickly with very little effort put into it (Slade, Suicide Squad) but you can bet there's an end talk with Clark-Lois talking about their feelings...
Bests seasons whore 8 to 10,cause,he accept his destiny, and before,he was just a kid with powers, and the blue and red blur,to the blur,to superman, still,i like more the blue a red blur, the first suit, not that letter one.
Never that big of a fan of Smallville, but watched it when I could. I think it was a cop out finale not fully showing Clark in the Superman costume in FULL. Only glimpses. Were they afraid the suit just didn't suit the tone of the show?
@ShadowCrowX I heard there were some legal problems with Clark in the Superman suit. In the final episode, ya only saw a cgi of Superman from far away. If I were doing the show, I would of had the legal problem settled has quickly has I could. Have Clark in the suit for maybe 4 episodes. Battle Luthor in one, where lex loses his memory, and now just fights Superman. Have Lois and Clark tie the know in one of the final episodes And have him fight Darksied in the two hour finalle, in the suit.
@hulkster46a why would there be a legal problem? and what would that be? I mean they already took everything they could from the comics and integrated it into a nice bundled up epic.
@ShadowCrowX The heirs too Sigel and Schuster, (Sorry, I'm not sure how too spell the names), want control of their fathers creation, superman. And want the profits, ect., every time a Superman costume shows up on the screen. They also want the copyrights too Clark Kent, And anything too do with Superman. So DC Comics is fighting that lawsuit. I think they won, but it was too late too do anything with Smallville.
@hulkster46a The last 4 episodes would've looked like a big mash. That's practically the season finale in 4 episodes. Also as much as people complain about not seeing him in the Superman costume, people need to understand that it was said from the beginning that we wouldn't see this. Smallville was about Clark Kent, not Superman. The fact that we got what we did on the finale should make fans happy. The finale was more of a movie than an actual show and people still complain.
@1bzoe Has a Superman fan, I read many of the comics from the revamped Superman of the 90s. Lois and Clark was perhaps more inline with Clark Kent not adopting his Superman Identity til he reached adulthood. Still, I would of liked too of seen more character development, and not stretch out episodes. Doomsday was a big disappointment. So was the series finally when he fights Darksied. I thought too myself, thats it?
@1bzoe Thing is, shows evolve over time. If they are comfortable in showing Clark wear the S on his chest, have him have a secret identity and at least two super costumes then they should have showed the REAL suit in full without hesitation.
The show crossed the line in S8. If you think we are complaining we have every right to do so. The show promised us more than it could deliver based on this clip alone.
@Bloggerboy1000 If they are comfortable with him wearing the S on his chest, they had to show him wear the actual suit? He needed a costume, the S was just showing that he was embracing his Kryptonian side...there was no need for anything more. The show never promised you anything. When did they ever claim that they would show him in the suit? You let yourself down by expecting something that was never mentioned would happen. You have no one to blame but yourself.
The show promised me that Clark would get out of the shadows and be a hero who would be able to show his face to the public. He still behaved like the Blur.
Also, in terms of story you need to show the suit. The show took it for granted instead of being a retelling of the story to a NEW audience. Kinda like not having Voldemort at the end of Goblet of Fire after so much teasing...but hey, the fans of the books know what happened so why bother with the movie, right?
@Bloggerboy1000 They didn't promise us anything. We assumed that he would become Superman by the end but it was made mentioned a long time ago that he wouldn't wear the suit. In terms of story, you don't have to show the suit, and even though they did...people like you still complain because it was CG. Smallville would have accomplished it's goal, suit or no suit. When it comes right down to it, you just wanted to see him in the suit. That's your personal issue.
@1bzoe SV build it for 10 years bit by bit. Plan or not they raised expectations. The CG was either blurry or hidden with blocky editing and framing. After seeing 2 costumes and then being teased by a third one several times and then not delivering on it fully is just disappointing imo.
The writers and the actual show don't always match with their messages. This clip of Clark walking with the suit is a good example of it. The "I've always been the Blur"- line is another.
@Bloggerboy1000 SV built it for 10 years because that was the point of the show. It was about Clark Kent before he became Superman, nothing more. The fans wanted to see him in the suit. The show was only showing what would be his future. You took it as something more. You're not going to admit this but it seriously is your fault for your own grievance. The more they showed, the more you wanted but the show didn't promise you anything. You took the idea and ran with it.
@1bzoe The point of the show was to set up something with it's teasing and never give a proper payoff? Okay...
IGN's interview for S10 asked whether we'd see Tom in costume. There was neither a yes or a no given. So up until the start of S10 at least it was still open whether we'd see it.
S10 build up for Clark to come out of the shadows and let the people see his face. Only thing we saw was him blurring to Apokolips. He might have been the Blur or Supergirl for Metropolis.
@Bloggerboy1000 The point of the show was not to set anything up. It was to show the life of Clark Kent, nothing more. Do the research if you want. I'm going to leave this whole conversation alone, because it's clear that this is based on you wanting to him in the suit when it was never implied that we would. You're actually angry at yourself (or at least should be).
@1bzoe I'm angry at the show because of how it utilized 90% of the Superman mythos but acted like that wasn't the case.
Had this show been just about Clark Kent then SV should have ended in S3-5. You can't make him a superhero and expect the story's just about Clark. He works in the Daily Planet alongside Lois Lane like Superman, he has a superhero costume like Superman, he has superhero friends, is part of the JLA like Superman. He fights multipple Superman enemies... the list goes on
@Bloggerboy1000 Most of the show went away from the Superman mythology, at least in terms of the story and how things happened. Why don't you do some research about Smallville instead of assuming that I'm lying about what it was about. Clark just didn't become the hero in the suit and name. You can't seem to grasp that. You really can't. As I said before, you expected something that was never promised. You obviously didn't know what Smallville was about either. (continued in part 2)
@1bzoe SV was it's own story, I can accept that. But when they try to tie in to the mythos with changing Clark into Superman it changes things. If they only deliver half way then it's disappointing.
Whether they aknowledged it or not, sticking the Superman suit in the Fortress of Solitude raises expectations. When the show says Clark will step into the light where everybody can see his face it promises you something. They pound it to ya head like there's no tomorrow and then just...tease
@Bloggerboy1000 (part 2) "You can't make him a hero..." is your personal opinion. Most heroes didn't just become a super hero in a cape. They had a journey leading up to it. You wanted him to become a hero in the suit, with the name and cape and that's ok but the show wasn't about that. It's not your story, it's theirs as I said before. They made their own version of the story. What you expected has no barron on what their story was about. You're too upset to understand that.
@1bzoe A journey is not complete if we don't get a proper conclusion. Ten year long journey deserves an epic ending, not halfway decent.
Clark Kent dating Lois at the Daily Planet fighting Darkseid, having a Superman suit he puts on in the Fortress of Solitude is not the show's own thing. It's a Superman story. And that makes me expect certain things to happen.
Unlike:
Having witches looking for crystals and hexing Clark to dance in the barn like a drunkard...that's SV's story.
@Bloggerboy1000 The HAD to show the suit. That is his future. Just because they used things from the Superman myth such as Lois and Clark being together or having villains, they had to have him in the suit. I'm just going to leave this alone. You're never going to understand. You're never going to understand that it wasn't about him becoming Superman, it was about his life BEFORE he became Superman. You have your own idea and you run with it. I give up.
@Bloggerboy1000 Oh and before Smallville except for a few things here and there there was no defenitive story of what happened between him finding out about majority of his powers in HS and him moving to Metropolis debuting as Superman. That was a blank slate and Geoff Johns Secret Origin didn't come out until the fall of 09'. Plus you think other heroes weren't already operating before he was?
@KabutoRX Smallville went with the Superboy route which was established long before the show in comics. Geoff Johns not only pays homage to SV with Secret Origin but to the Superboy canon having Legion meet him for example. There's also a Superboy tv-show that came before SV.
The fact is we SAW those heroes next to Clark. That raises the expectations on seeing superhero action. After all the Blur episodes the finale reveal felt meh. We'd already seen more than just a shirt rip.
@ShadowCrowX The creators had this rule of "no flight, no tights" for the show, but I also think they should've shown at least a few episodes of the part where he fulfills his role as superman.
@ShadowCrowX yeah... I believe Tom Welling was too chubby to look good in a skin tight costume and they chose not to screw up like they did in spiderman 3
He went from semi-cool blue and red jacket to blue jeans, then to really bad ass gothic looking black pants black t and trench coat, to that everywhere smallville fans screamed at their t.v.'s when they saw the new look and it wasn't with a cape. -shakes head- I would have at least liked to see him in a couple episodes as Super Man rather than wait to the season finale to show him. And so the rules of everyone dying is out the window, why can't they bring pete and lana in again if lex is back?
when did we begin to associate superman with bad writing, acting, music, costumes and shitty dialogue oh yeah thats right when smallville came on the air. thanks smallville thanks for ruining the greatest superhero of all time. the writers of this show need to be hunted down and beaten to shit by batman
jor-el wont give him his suit yet and wile you may not like the red leather jacket it symbolizes him moving out of the darkness in his heart on season 9 i belive someone on the show said you can not serve the light with darkness in your heart? be patient im sure itll pay off
@supertyty93 but u cant have clark kent without superman....because he is superman...even when he was in smallville he was superboy....U have to have the 2 together or else it just makes no sense.
I know you can't have Superman without Clark Kent but please answer this for me: When did you ever see Clark actually become Superman??? And you can;t say in one of his visions or dreams or when he went to the future, because he became Superman in the LAST episode, which is the perfect ending to Smallville because Smallville is the story of Clark Kent's early adventures BEFORE he was Superman. Smallville was one of the best shows, it was their OWN interpretation of the Hero
wtf hav they done with his costume... this is a leather jacket...n why is he not flying yet when he learnt as a teen... so sooo dissapointed smallville
@Rampagelil- honestly you may be right but i dont know what comics you have been reading but idont remember superman having a black suit, or a gay leather jacket. and i know he is able to talk to jorel, im saying that it is stupid that he took his suit away from him. ?????? and ofcourse he is not superman yet, but he is clark kent, he should be wearing his glasses, wasnt that in the comics? im just saying that it sounds stupid, and the plot is stupid.
What the hell? Just put on the damn suit and wear your stupid glasses as Clark Kent. I dont even watch the show and it looks like they are just going way off the story.
Superman never wore black (except for when he came back from the dead), or a stupid leather jacket and Jorel is dead! He cant take his suit away from him, that is so dumb.
@Kingdragyn18 Apparently you've never picked up a comic in your life firstly He's wearing this suit because he's not superman yet secondly the story is very true to the comics if you actually watched it you would know third he had that black suit on for a while in the comics fourth Jorel can control things after his death if you've read the comics you would know this that's why he can talk to clark after death.
@Michal2600llllllllll Your better than me I ws obsessed form begining of 7th. Everybody will know him now if he wears the suit coz he is spotted in metroplus for 4 years not wearing glasses
@icon0777 Acting if fine the plot is the same as the comics and did you just make fun of the relationship between Lois and Clark? Are you high? Do me a favor and pickup a comic instead of pretending to be a comic fan.
@Rampagelil Having a plot similar to the comics is the problem.
and the focal point of the show which is Clois has no chemistry. Tom Welling, and Erica Durance don't sell that Lois and Clark love each other, and I haven't read a comic in years because Superman pisses me off, I read the much supperior Marvel Comics, and I use to watch Smallville because they three dementionalized Superman which he is sorely lacking in the comics, jut like all of Superman, and Now smallville charecters
@icon0777 Dumbass I hate people like you firstly the characters act exactly how they act in the comics so you're saying you like smallville because he acted how he acted but you hate it because he acts like he acted, what? Also if you actually read superman which obviously you haven't you'd know that Erica and tom are fucking perfect together.
@Rampagelil Yes but the comics the charecters don't have chemistry, and in Smallville Lois, and Clark have even less chemistry because Tom, and Erica have little on screen chemistry. NO I liked Smallville because they made Superman relatable in an appealing way, they gave Clark counters to Clois. I like the show because some of the plots interest me, but now like you said it is so similar to the comic. which have terrible plots weak vilians, two dementional charecters.
@TheSamuraiKoala I don't know about that, all we KNOW is that at somepoint we will see him actually wear the thing, dunno when or how but we will see him in it ^^

When it comes right down to it, you just wanted to see him in the suit. That's your personal issue.
1bzoe 2 months ago
@1bzoe SV build it for 10 years bit by bit. Plan or not they raised expectations. The CG was either blurry or hidden with blocky editing and framing. After seeing 2 costumes and then being teased by a third one several times and then not delivering on it fully is just disappointing imo.
The writers and the actual show don't always match with their messages. This clip of Clark walking with the suit is a good example of it. The "I've always been the Blur"- line is another.
Bloggerboy1000 2 months ago
@Bloggerboy1000 SV built it for 10 years because that was the point of the show. It was about Clark Kent before he became Superman, nothing more. The fans wanted to see him in the suit. The show was only showing what would be his future. You took it as something more. You're not going to admit this but it seriously is your fault for your own grievance. The more they showed, the more you wanted but the show didn't promise you anything. You took the idea and ran with it.
1bzoe 2 months ago
@1bzoe The point of the show was to set up something with it's teasing and never give a proper payoff? Okay...
IGN's interview for S10 asked whether we'd see Tom in costume. There was neither a yes or a no given. So up until the start of S10 at least it was still open whether we'd see it.
S10 build up for Clark to come out of the shadows and let the people see his face. Only thing we saw was him blurring to Apokolips. He might have been the Blur or Supergirl for Metropolis.
Bloggerboy1000 2 months ago
@Bloggerboy1000 The point of the show was not to set anything up. It was to show the life of Clark Kent, nothing more. Do the research if you want. I'm going to leave this whole conversation alone, because it's clear that this is based on you wanting to him in the suit when it was never implied that we would. You're actually angry at yourself (or at least should be).
1bzoe 2 months ago
@1bzoe I'm angry at the show because of how it utilized 90% of the Superman mythos but acted like that wasn't the case.
Had this show been just about Clark Kent then SV should have ended in S3-5. You can't make him a superhero and expect the story's just about Clark. He works in the Daily Planet alongside Lois Lane like Superman, he has a superhero costume like Superman, he has superhero friends, is part of the JLA like Superman. He fights multipple Superman enemies... the list goes on
Bloggerboy1000 2 months ago
@Bloggerboy1000 Most of the show went away from the Superman mythology, at least in terms of the story and how things happened. Why don't you do some research about Smallville instead of assuming that I'm lying about what it was about. Clark just didn't become the hero in the suit and name. You can't seem to grasp that. You really can't. As I said before, you expected something that was never promised. You obviously didn't know what Smallville was about either. (continued in part 2)
1bzoe 2 months ago
@1bzoe SV was it's own story, I can accept that. But when they try to tie in to the mythos with changing Clark into Superman it changes things. If they only deliver half way then it's disappointing.
Whether they aknowledged it or not, sticking the Superman suit in the Fortress of Solitude raises expectations. When the show says Clark will step into the light where everybody can see his face it promises you something. They pound it to ya head like there's no tomorrow and then just...tease
Bloggerboy1000 2 months ago
@Bloggerboy1000 (part 2) "You can't make him a hero..." is your personal opinion. Most heroes didn't just become a super hero in a cape. They had a journey leading up to it. You wanted him to become a hero in the suit, with the name and cape and that's ok but the show wasn't about that. It's not your story, it's theirs as I said before. They made their own version of the story. What you expected has no barron on what their story was about. You're too upset to understand that.
1bzoe 2 months ago
@1bzoe A journey is not complete if we don't get a proper conclusion. Ten year long journey deserves an epic ending, not halfway decent.
Clark Kent dating Lois at the Daily Planet fighting Darkseid, having a Superman suit he puts on in the Fortress of Solitude is not the show's own thing. It's a Superman story. And that makes me expect certain things to happen.
Unlike:
Having witches looking for crystals and hexing Clark to dance in the barn like a drunkard...that's SV's story.
Bloggerboy1000 2 months ago
@Bloggerboy1000 The HAD to show the suit. That is his future. Just because they used things from the Superman myth such as Lois and Clark being together or having villains, they had to have him in the suit. I'm just going to leave this alone. You're never going to understand. You're never going to understand that it wasn't about him becoming Superman, it was about his life BEFORE he became Superman. You have your own idea and you run with it. I give up.
1bzoe 2 months ago
@Bloggerboy1000 Oh and before Smallville except for a few things here and there there was no defenitive story of what happened between him finding out about majority of his powers in HS and him moving to Metropolis debuting as Superman. That was a blank slate and Geoff Johns Secret Origin didn't come out until the fall of 09'. Plus you think other heroes weren't already operating before he was?
KabutoRX 2 months ago
@KabutoRX Smallville went with the Superboy route which was established long before the show in comics. Geoff Johns not only pays homage to SV with Secret Origin but to the Superboy canon having Legion meet him for example. There's also a Superboy tv-show that came before SV.
The fact is we SAW those heroes next to Clark. That raises the expectations on seeing superhero action. After all the Blur episodes the finale reveal felt meh. We'd already seen more than just a shirt rip.
Bloggerboy1000 2 months ago
@ShadowCrowX The creators had this rule of "no flight, no tights" for the show, but I also think they should've shown at least a few episodes of the part where he fulfills his role as superman.
MrCl1nt 2 months ago
@ShadowCrowX yeah... I believe Tom Welling was too chubby to look good in a skin tight costume and they chose not to screw up like they did in spiderman 3
kndiregar 1 month ago
He went from semi-cool blue and red jacket to blue jeans, then to really bad ass gothic looking black pants black t and trench coat, to that everywhere smallville fans screamed at their t.v.'s when they saw the new look and it wasn't with a cape. -shakes head- I would have at least liked to see him in a couple episodes as Super Man rather than wait to the season finale to show him. And so the rules of everyone dying is out the window, why can't they bring pete and lana in again if lex is back?

thefatman69dude 10 months ago
@thefatman69dude of course it's not Superman. It's Clark Kent, because Smallville is the story of Clark Kent, not Superman
supertyty93 9 months ago
@supertyty93 but u cant have clark kent without superman....because he is superman...even when he was in smallville he was superboy....U have to have the 2 together or else it just makes no sense.
thefatman69dude 9 months ago
@thefatman69dude
Smallville was one of the best shows, it was their OWN interpretation of the Hero
supertyty93 9 months ago
A red lather jacket with the Superman symbol on it?
You have got to be kidding me!

Kingdragyn18 1 year ago
What the hell? Just put on the damn suit and wear your stupid glasses as Clark Kent. I dont even watch the show and it looks like they are just going way off the story.
Superman never wore black (except for when he came back from the dead), or a stupid leather jacket and Jorel is dead! He cant take his suit away from him, that is so dumb.
Kingdragyn18 1 year ago
@Kingdragyn18 Apparently you've never picked up a comic in your life firstly He's wearing this suit because he's not superman yet secondly the story is very true to the comics if you actually watched it you would know third he had that black suit on for a while in the comics fourth Jorel can control things after his death if you've read the comics you would know this that's why he can talk to clark after death.
Rampagelil 1 year ago
@Kingdragyn18
Superman wore black & white suit in Batman Beyond, and it looked good.

icon0777 1 year ago
@icon0777 Season 9 and 10 are the most comic related seasons so what are you talking about?
Rampagelil 1 year ago
@Rampagelil yes but they are also carry the most horrible plot, acting, and charecter development. Not to mention Clois
icon0777 1 year ago
@icon0777 Acting if fine the plot is the same as the comics and did you just make fun of the relationship between Lois and Clark? Are you high? Do me a favor and pickup a comic instead of pretending to be a comic fan.
Rampagelil 1 year ago
@Rampagelil Having a plot similar to the comics is the problem.
and the focal point of the show which is Clois has no chemistry. Tom Welling, and Erica Durance don't sell that Lois and Clark love each other, and I haven't read a comic in years because Superman pisses me off, I read the much supperior Marvel Comics, and I use to watch Smallville because they three dementionalized Superman which he is sorely lacking in the comics, jut like all of Superman, and Now smallville charecters
icon0777 1 year ago
@icon0777 Dumbass I hate people like you firstly the characters act exactly how they act in the comics so you're saying you like smallville because he acted how he acted but you hate it because he acts like he acted, what? Also if you actually read superman which obviously you haven't you'd know that Erica and tom are fucking perfect together.
Rampagelil 1 year ago
@Rampagelil Yes but the comics the charecters don't have chemistry, and in Smallville Lois, and Clark have even less chemistry because Tom, and Erica have little on screen chemistry. NO I liked Smallville because they made Superman relatable in an appealing way, they gave Clark counters to Clois. I like the show because some of the plots interest me, but now like you said it is so similar to the comic. which have terrible plots weak vilians, two dementional charecters.
