The voiceove is done by Herbie Oliver, famous DJ from Houston, TX at one point.

He is also the announcer on the Parliament Funkadelic Live concert from '76 in Houton, TX.

I'd like to say I'm convinced, but I'm not. The guy from Houston show sounds very DIFFERENT from this guy here. I'm pretty good at IDing voices, and I don't hear much of a similarity. Of course, if it turns out that it's NOT Morgan Freeman, than so be it.
