  • This video originally came from me. It was recorded by a local Mass. public acess channel. The show never aired (I don''t think) but they taped the whole thing. My friend was a producer on it -- I asked for this section on tape, he made a copy. I sold a copy of it on ebay over 15 years ago -- glad it still lives on.

  • @TheMikeroweshow: Thanks so much for originally making this. I saw it on youtube a while ago and made a copy. After I could not find it, I posted it myself. If you have any other vids with James please let me know.

  • Awesome !! great !

    Thanks for posting it!

  • I love this video - I listen to it frequently ! so wonderful ! It was taken down a couple of time (copyright blah blah blah) but it always shows up on Utube ! So wonderful to see and hear :)

  • I love the performance of James and Livingston as a duet in perfect synchronicity. Especially "City Lights". I have played this song for more than a thousand times and I once had the privilege to sing it with Livingston at one of his concert. Livingston is such a funny and friendly person willing to share his stage with his fans.

Thanks for posting this wonderful video.

I wish I can get the DVD version. Does anybody knows where to get it???

    THANKS!!

  • Loved this! Thanks for posting.

  • Thanks for the nice comments. JT was the reason I learned to play guitar.

  • This Livingston Taylor concert took place in June 1988 at a venue called The Atlantic Connection in Oak Bluffs, Martha's Vineyard. I attended this concert and enjoyed every minute of it (I actually have a cassette recording of the entire concert). After these two songs, the remaining Taylor siblings (Alex, Kate and Hughie) came on stage and sang a couple of more tunes including James' "Shower The People". Thanks for posting this segment of the concert...great watch!!!

  • Thanks for the information on the concert. I wish I could get the entire concert on DVD.

  • Wonderful! Thanks so much for sharing! I love the Taylor brothers so much - nice and funny in addition to being amazingly talented. :)

  • That's why I love this video so much. It is rare to see them sing together.

  • The first song is "Falling In Love With You," which appeared on Liv's third album.

  • Thanks, I corrected the title
