Since none of you python lovers are rescuing them so you can have a better public image it is left up to those of us who live here to get rid of them. This is why, until the bill finally passes a lot of us Florida natives are in the process of slaughtering every python we find in the wild, especially in the 'glades. In fact there is a small network of roughly 180 of us (but our numbers are growing daily) who are going into 'glades this winter to turn the tide & slaughter as many as possible.

I killed 34 last year with my machete alone. Now that I know the majority live in the hammocks I hope to kill at least 10 x that many before spring.
