@CJenterprise307 If there are LAME encoder issues then MP3 may not be an option. Usually there is some simple fix to these things.

I don't know it it's just because of the age of this video or if I've been taught.

I learned that .mp3 and .wma were the most common file types for full length music and that .wav was a generally smaller and shorter file that contained a short piece of music or audio.

Most of my mp3s are less than 6 MBs depending on if they're 192 or 212kbs quality.

Can you further explain or give examples of how mp3 files are larger than .wavs?

I have a problem here I did everything in the video however when it came to the step where you had to open LAME it said something about an Installtion Wizard I went throught with the wizard and after it was done I tried again and the Installation Wizard came up again I went through the wizard about three times (I have a lot of patience) however it keeps popping up! It seems like you downloaded the exe rather than the zip file. Not a problem. Back out of Audacity and open the EXE file. Accept defaults and the LAME encoder will install in C:\Program Files\Lame... Copy the lame_enc.dll to your Audacity folder and proceed from 4:40.

Try saving in My Documents and then open file with itunes from there. It should play and when it does, cut and paste the file into itunes library. Works for me.
