WOW! Lucy C. Laney high school's band is way better than T.W. Josey's. Josey is good, but Laney is GREAT! Laney's majorettes out stepped Josey's majorettes by several miles. I live in Atlanta and would love to see Laney's band here in competition with our bands. They would do very well.

And over blowin? stfu. it aint no over blowin. its called power. and tuning? dont blame me, blame the director for not tuning everybody! so any other negative comments about the mellophone needs to come to a cease specially if u cant play it. or hold up a melody! They have a great percussion. I really like that Lucy C. Laney held on to the traditional black marching band sound with the big bass drums (all the same size and sound) They are really a great band. Way-to-go guys and gals!
Lucy C. Laney has the best band in Augusta, GA. I'm from Atlanta and they would show out on all of our bands here. I remember hearing about Lucy C. Laney from back in the day and it appears that they are still the band to beat. T.W. Josey is good also, but Lucy C. Laney is better. I really like the way the girls high-step. They look fantastic!

Wow Ikettes.....It's real funny how the begining of that routine look so familiar and it was donr completely wrong and sloppy...ladies and gentlemen this is what happens when you have ladies over a squad that dont know what their doing.....(their names shall remain nameless).... dont know the first thing about creating field choreography and depend their dancers to make up stuff...Wow Laney trully has no originality from the band to the dancers ..

Wow Mr. Mac got them looking good!!!!! Their dancers should practice more tho and the majorettes need to find somewhere else to dance because 2 sets of girls doing differents dances in the same spot doesnt look good!!!!!
