@bust3nutz i had to put the pipe in my hydraulic bender and bend the pipe in three places to line up and look right, its kinda tial and error, they were very slight bends
looks good mate, people dont believe the hours that going into restoring these old atc's ive abt 20 atc's at the mo and ive most of them restored. check out some of my old videos. great job mate.
@bigbud333 yeah they do take a crazy amount of time to restore them, you either gotta love these little bikes or be nuts, maybe a little of both. thanks for the comment i have another video of the finished bike running if you look on my channel. on my way to go check out yours, take care,...josh
@regenbrecht1 I have a box of reciepts that i haven't started to total up yet, if i had to guess around 1600.00 or 1700.00 for parts and powder/chrome, couldn't even begin to add up the man hours of labor
i want a motor just like that on mine(all blacked out)..were did you get it and what cc is it....i really like your build..nice and clean....hope you don't mind me asking these questions...
The frame was disasembled and sanded down by the previous owner, then forgot about for over a year, west coast salty air did the rest, just need to finish the grab bar, find a seat base, buy a seat cover, and paint the tank....take care,...josh
what modification did you do to that pipe? i was looking at the exact pipe for my build i have the same motor coming for mine.

I like what you did with the atc. It looks like yours was even more bad off than mine. Check out my videos of mine.
