Hey man do you know how to activate the flash? because i use the key that the manual says but i can activate ir.. When i turn on the camera i can change it but when im gonna take the picture just turn off and i cant change it anymore..
I can do a couple of hours on a 2GB SD at highest resolution. I plan to use the underwater housing and bolt it to the top of my car on my next trip to North Carolina(6 hours) where I will film continuously at smaller resolution the whole way.
Hey, the DXG is NOT waterproof. I built an underwater diving rig from 4" diameter PVC from Home Depot. Otherwise, I've gotten the DXG completely soaked a few times and it still works.

I also have a 305 but don't use it as the 506 has better quality. I am not sure how long the 305 will record. Sorry.
