I could totally see how some could find this to be cheesy, but I think that it is a truly unique musical and lyrical experience. I LOVE FOLK and I LOVE METAL and I LOVE GOD. This band is for me.

I was so sad because when i become christian i realised taht all stuff i love to listen to has so bad lyrics against god ...and i thought that i can never listen to the musik which i really love ..so i am very happy about bands like holy blood

@sh9683 Do you know more of Christian metal bands that sound like this though? I've always been a fan of Power, melodic death, and folk metal.... The Christian powermetal bands don't do it for me... I like Demon Hunter (they can be pretty melodic) but... prefer this kind folk metal stuff... or melodeath or powermetal.

I do not like the HTD, Iimpending Doom, ABR stuff and not a fan of LS much either..

Musically this is my favorite Christian band.

@PhoenixPhire22 Slechtvalk -Christian folk/unblack metal.They sound less folk-ish and a bit heavier, but perhaps you will like some of their stuff :).They sound closer to some of Holy Blood's other songs... I know plenty of other Christian metal bands(mainly unblack, metal core, gothic). I think Holy Blood's very unique, which is awesome! But definitely try Slechtvalk.They're a Dutch, but they sing in English, apart from their best song[De Verdrongen Tekenen]. Saviour Machine has good melodies.

This song is really great, but IMO his vocals ruin it. They should use only female vocals, or get a decent male singer or growler. Or maybe I just don't like the high-pitched screaming :)
