u might of packed it wrong a didn't notice any black licorice when i smoked this i recommend u buy it again u might of got a bad batch and buzz ussaly goes away after ur 2nd time smoking tangiers

@HookahDude69 Found out a few months later that it was a bad batch. I have to say the buzz always hit me and others i smoke with.
