there is one guy who works for FGW he always makes everyone laugh, one moring our train was short formed due to a leak and he made everyone laugh by saying i am sure no one appreciates a free shower on their way to work this morning,
Ram is funny, all the Virgin staff are amazing, our train from London got cancelled last night while we were sat on it and Ram was the train manager. Virgin were brilliant brought loads of coaches in got us to Milton Keynes and we had first class treatment all the way home. They are great. Their boss should be proud of them
You should be nice to Ram, he is a nice person and something of a character. I think it comes as a prerequisite of working on the railways that you need to have something different and special about you and that you are not afraid to be yourself.
You are so lucky. Myself and the person who took the video have been trawling the Virgin Trains network in search of The Ram but alas, he must be hiding :-)
