It is THE same Tom Grant Stargazer. The track you reference was originally recorded on Tom's "Heart of the City" CD on the Chase Music Group label in 1984. It may still be available. This video is of Tom in his living room.  I and 30 other lucky people got to listen to him in this setting at a house concert a couple years ago. We're so lucky that he continues to call Portland his home.
