BTW It's worse when they want vinegar and olive oil instead of being fucking easy and just taking the stupid regular dressing..So then you have to go searcghing for a fucking ramican and of course they are with the line cooks who dont speak any english whatsoever so you say to them "me puede dar un ramican" and for some reason they give you this death eye like youre just a complete dick. And this all started from the S&S. FUCK OG!!

My check comes to about $8 for lunch and I leave a $20 if I get good service. So that was a $12 tip for a $8 meal. I am a regular at the Aurora Colorado OG and the servers are glad to see me visit as they know I am not a cheap SOB. The first time I visited there and left a $20, the waitress gave me a thank you and a hug. Thought she was going to cry.

Most people who come in and order it are rude, run the server ragged, then report the server to a manager, and then get a free gift card out of the deal, and then leave petty change for a tip. And we have good servers- just that times are tough and people are nasty. thats all.

I'm pretty sure the only thing i hate more than the soup and salad is the endless pasta bowl coming up. Refill after refill with this or that changed, added, taken away. I think what would also help out is if they had a weight limit on soup and salad because once you reach above that 250 mark, "all you can eat" is not so much of a value as it is a challenge. just my idea. ill pitch it to my regional director next week. hahahaha

OMG YES! That's so amazingly accurate. I've worked at Olive Garden, starting out as a server. in Augusta GA, then when I transfered to an Atlatna location I made sure I became a "ToGo Specialist" so I would never have to deal with the endless soup salad and breakdsticks :-)

we dont mind if you order soup & salad, just please dont run your server to death, and leave a decent tip. 20% if they did a BAD job.. more like 50% if they do a good job.. at least. if you order soup and salad with water your bill under $10.. is five dollars really that much to ask when i make sure your dining experience is a good one?

no it's ok to come and get it, just be cool and leave your server a good tip. like, if you sit there for an hour and eat until you want to puke and your bill only 16 dollars, leave at least a 10 dollar tip. it's not alot of of money and you would have spent more elsewhere. like i said, just be cool and people won't have to curse you and your uborn babies with horrible, uncurable diseases haha
