@456432131 .. hello, i carnt really tell you much that could help because i believe everybody copes diffrently. just try not to get yourself paniced and take your time with your breathing that helps the pain so much! but i relied on the gas + air quite alot through my labour maybe you will be different :) Let us know how it all went, + Goodluck! <3

hello everyone thankyou for the comments! I was 15 wen i got pregnant and 16 when i had my daughter! It was quite possibly the worst experience of my life LOL but its worth it. i only had gas and air for pain relief. i was so loud because i had back labour too :/ not good at all but like i sed if ur wanting kids... Wait first! lol if u wana no anything messege me :) x x x

So the baby is 2 years old now.Are you taking contraceptives now or you are using some different methods? I'd completely understand you if you did not trust in any contraceptive method now....But anyway seeing a young girl 'being tortured' is kind of unpleasant. You are/were so so so young you should not have experienced that anguish/huge pain yet. Poor poor poor you-OK I know the baby is cute-and you wrote u loved her...good for you!

ah shit im only 17 and due really soon, im real scared and my doctor says if you have a tendincy to find things painful the contractions will go to your head and hurt more, im terrified, thanks for sharing though atleast ill be prepared x

OMG Your video has scared me quite a bit I am due in October, I have no clue what the pain is going to be like at all. If you could give me some kind of description it would be helpful so I know what to expect, I don't know how to gear myself up for labor. I am going to take birthing classes but I guess I am just looking for advise.
