Man, did it ever suck being a child in the 70's. Back then they hardly made any family friendly movies. If they did, it was total crap. I remember these cheesy old low budget Europian films being fobbed off as magical new films, when in reality they just creeped us out. Theatres at the time were concentrating on making a quick buck by showing porn. No wonder when Star Wars came out, we all flocked to the theatres.
