9600gt. The 4350 gets 30-40 fps on 1024x 768 resolution. The 9600gt gets about more fps at a 1440x900 resolution. So if you put The 9600gt to a resolution such as 1024x768 you'd get more fps.

Probably, you'll want to get some more RAM, but if you go on the basis that the 9600GT with 3Gb RAM will normally give you something like Xbox 360 Graphics capabilities.

dont go for a 9600gt because it is getting out dated. i would go with the 9800 by bfg because they come overclocked and because they are a new company they have cheap graphic cards and dont forget their AMAZING warrenty!. personally i would go with ati because they are known to be worth more my the buck/euro/pound...ect . but nvidia is still a amazing card. dx11 cards will go out to ati first and nvidia will be last to get it.

all of your settings are good enough for all of those games... EXCEPT you may want to consider an extra gig or 2 of RAM, since your games are running on vista you have to account for the amount of ram vista requires to run in the background -_- i would say if you had 4 gigs RAM you are pretty much ready for any of those. was wondering about your CPU but most of those games run well off of single and dual CPUs
