if you want to keep anything good dont buy moxxis underdome. I just lost a class mod with +28smg ammo regen with +61%smg damage when i started it up...gearbox said they fixed the problem but apparently not.

Zombie Island of Dr. Ned gives a possible 2 extra backpack sdus (guaranteed one)

Moxxi gives you the weapons Bank which you can upgrade to 42 slots (i.e. stash your guns there leaving a near empty backpack which allows you to seek out more guns) in addition to an extra skill point to put into your character trees.

Ned has more storyline, moxxi is all about arena.
